I came to Gahanna Auto sales with the hopes of getting advice on what to do about an unexpected car situation. Craig was so honest and straight forward (not once trying to sell me a car) giving me pro's and con's about fixing or not fixing the large repair. After weighing my options with online reviews and Craig's advice I decided to buy a new (used) car and obviously went to Gahanna Auto Sales. Kyle was awesome and since he was in on the previous conversation, knew what I had already struggled with and made the transaction quick, easy, and very stress free. He was extremely patient with me while I narrowed my list of their vehicles that caught my attention; even on the day that I planned to buy a particular SUV and discovered another one. Throughout this, Craig was patient and attentive to my needs. He was eager to help me find the vehicle that was right for me.

When I took my final choice to my mechanic to look over and called my loan officer to approve funding, they were both very impressed by the quality and soundness of the SUV.

Craig sat down with me every time I was in and explained everthing from how they choose and care for the cars to financing options, payments and what warranties might or might not work for me.

Just purchased a car from these guys recently. They are awesome made the process super easy. Car had one small problem with a button to open the gas cap which they were not aware of and within 24 hours they ordered the part and i brought the car back and it was fixed in 20 minutes. Great place to buy a car.

The vehicles are high quality and fairly priced. Kyle sold me my beautiful new car. He was friendly, genuine, patient, and straightforward. No stress and no high pressure sales. They were also very efficient. The entire purchase process was complete in a little over an hour.
